Finance and Treasury Policy Library

The Office of Finance and Treasury establishes finance policies in order to provide good stewardship of University assets, comply with laws and external regulations, align financial processes, set standard operations for financial activities, and communicate financial roles and responsibilities across University departments.

The policies found here indicate the date of the current version, describe the goal of the policy, and define to whom the policy applies. All policies include contact information for questions. Policies also include links to related procedures and forms, and references to governing documents, such as legislation. Some of the most read finance policies include those related to travel, business expenses, reimbursement, collections, endowment spending, capital equipment, cash, and credit cards.
